VGFlex - mobile advice & service point
Emission-free through the city - We are coming to you with the VGFlex
Whether in the VGF TicketCenters, in stations and trains, at the VGF Infobus or at one of the InfoPoints:
VGF service staff answer questions about public transport and VGF services every day. Thanks to their language skills, which are indicated by the country code on their name badges, the employees of the service team are often able to provide information to customers and tourists in their own language. Parts of the team are even trained in German sign language.
The service team comes to our customers with the mobile information and service point VGFlex and can, for example, provide information about alternative routes before the start of and during construction work.
Even in the case of unplanned interruptions, the service team can quickly be at stops that do not yet have digital passenger information (DFI displays) thanks to the flexible cargo bike.
The VGFlex, like the VGF Infobus, is deployed at central locations in Frankfurt on certain days, see weekly overview.
