Service for passengers
Passenger advisors
- How much will my ticket cost?
- Which button should I press on the ticket machine?
- When will the next train arrive?
- Which platform is my train leaving from?
- How do I get to the Römer?
Our passenger advisors in centrally located stations such as Hauptwache and Konstablerwache are there to answer these and many other questions for you. They’ll be able to give you information and advice on changes to the network and ticket fares. And they can also help if you have any questions about how to find your way around the local area, or if you need to report problems or breakdowns affecting the escalators, lifts and automatic ticket machines. In addition, they’re available to answer passengers’ questions about diversions or construction work.
And they’ll offer practical assistance to customers with prams or luggage or those with restricted mobility to help them get to their platforms and onto their trains.
Passenger advisors are on duty Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 7.30 p.m. and Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. They can always use their mobile phones to call for help in emergencies or immediately report any breakdowns.
Just speak to any of our passenger advisors at any time, and they’ll be glad to help.
