Weekly Ticket (Wochenkarte)

Available for adults and children at any price level (including transitional fares) and valid for seven consecutive days. From 5 days, already cheaper than RMV day tickets of the same price level.

Monthly Ticket (Monatskarte)

Available for adults and children at any fare level (including transitional fares) and valid until the same date in the following month. Discounted with proof of Frankfurt Pass.

Annual Ticket (Jahreskarte)

Available for adults and children at any price level (including the transition tariff). Can be paid monthly or for an entire year.

RMV Annual or monthly travelcard for adults at any fare level (including transitional fares). Valid from 9 a.m. on weekdays, all day on weekends and public holidays. Available as a subscription or direct purchase (one-off payment).

JobTicket

Travel to work and in your free time by bus and train at low cost. Employers can buy the RMV-JobTicket and the JobTicket Deutschland for their employees and subsidise them flexibly.

Students

The RMV Semesterticket is available to all students who are enrolled at a university in the RMV area. The ticket is issued by the university.

Single Ticket

RMV Ticket for one journey (without return journey, round trip, longer interruptions or detours). Can be purchased directly before travelling for adults and children aged 6 and over.

Short Trip Ticket

RMV Single ticket for short journeys. Whether the destination is a short-distance journey is indicated on notices at the bus stop or at the ticket machine.

Connection Ticket

The supplement to an existing RMV season ticket if you wish to travel beyond your area of validity.

Single Add-on Ticket (1st class)

For journeys in 1st class in conjunction with an existing RMV ticket (single journey, annual or other season tickets). Otherwise, the same rules apply as for single tickets.

Single Journey Bahncard

Reduced single ticket for BahnCard 25 and BahnCard 50 users on RMV rail services. S-Bahn and regional trains only.

Day Tickets

Available for adults and children in every fare category (including transitional fares). For any number of journeys on the day of validity until 5 a.m. on the following day. Cheaper than a RMV single ticket of the same price level for 2 or more journeys.

Group Day Ticket

Valid for up to 5 people and can be cheaper than individual RMV day tickets from the 2nd person. Not transferable, as the names must be entered on the RMV ticket.

Large Group Ticket

Valid for 10 people and is up to 40 per cent cheaper than sRMV ingle tickets. Otherwise, the same rules apply as for the RMV day ticket.

HessenTicket

For 1 to 5 people throughout Hesse on local and regional transport. Valid on weekdays from 9 a.m., all day on weekends and public holidays.

Frankfurt Card

For 1 to 5 people on local and regional transport in the entire Frankfurt city area, including the airport. Not transferable to other persons. Also offers discounts on tours, round trips and much more.

RhineMainCard

For 1 to 5 people on local and regional transport throughout the RMV network. Not transferable to other persons. Offers additional discounts at many leisure destinations.

Hotel Guest Ticket (HotelgastTicket)

An offer for youth hostels and hotels in Frankfurt and the surrounding area. Hotel guests can enquire about this offer at the reception of their booked hotel or youth hostel.

ServiceTicket

An offer for service garages for customers who have to hand in their vehicle for repair. Available as a day pass for the Frankfurt city area.

TourTicket

An offer for organisers of large events (100 participants or more), such as conferences or congresses in Frankfurt. The validity of the tickets can be customised.

CombiTicket

An offer for organisers of major events such as concerts, sporting events and trade fairs. The temporal and spatial validity of the tickets can be customised.

CongressTicket

An offer for organisers of congresses and conferences. Entitles event participants to any number of journeys on one or two days in the Frankfurt city area, including the airport.
