Ticket machine payment complaints

If a disruption occurs when making a purchase at the ticket machine, you have the option to report the payment amount involved in the disruption online using our complaint form below.

Please always report the amount involved using our online form. The complaint will be processed promptly and you will be reimbursed the justified amount without any hassle.

Please have the following data ready:

  • The amount in question and your reason for the complaint
  • The machine number or alternatively the stop and direction of travel
  • IBAN number for your bank account for card payments

If a ticket machine is damaged, for example by vandalism: Please send us an e-mail to info@vgf-ffm.de.
You will help us a lot if you state the number of the machine or the stop including the direction of travel in the message.
